Welcome to Zaada. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Zaada website, including all purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order with Zaada, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not access or use our website.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Zaada website. We encourage you to read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Orders
2.1 All orders placed through the Zaada website are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, an error has occurred in pricing or product information, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided when placing an order, including your name, shipping address, email address, and contact details, is accurate and complete. Zaada is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
2.3 Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Receipt of this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once it has been processed and dispatched.
2.4 If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
2.5 If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will be refunded the full purchase amount using your original payment method.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices displayed on the Zaada website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable.
3.2 We reserve the right to update or change our product prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time your order is placed. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.
3.4 Zaada accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available payment options may change from time to time without notice.
3.5 The total amount charged to your selected payment method will include the purchase price of your order together with any applicable shipping charges shown at checkout.
3.6 If your payment cannot be authorised or is declined, your order will not be processed until a valid payment method has been provided.

4.4 Zaada is not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorised use of your payment information resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including the actions of third-party payment providers.
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Returns & Exchange Policy.
5.2 Returns are only accepted for items that are confirmed to be faulty in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any hygiene-related reasons.
5.3 Due to hygiene reasons, all hijab purchases are final. Hijabs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed to be faulty.
5.4 Unopened magnets may be exchanged within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided they are returned unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used magnets cannot be exchanged or returned.
5.5 All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed to be faulty under the Australian Consumer Law.
5.6 If you believe your item is faulty or has arrived damaged, you must contact Zaada within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We may request your order number, proof of purchase, photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue before assessing your claim.
5.7 Where requested, items must be returned in their original condition, including any original packaging, for inspection before a refund, replacement, or exchange is approved.
5.8 If a returned item is confirmed to be faulty, Zaada will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
5.9 Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, all costs associated with returning an item to Zaada, including shipping costs for exchanges, are the responsibility of the customer.
5.10 Any approved exchange is subject to product availability. If the original product is unavailable, Zaada may offer a comparable product or store credit of the same value.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Zaada ships orders within Australia using the shipping carriers available at checkout. Shipping options and delivery estimates are provided during the checkout process.
6.2 We aim to dispatch all orders within our advertised processing timeframe after payment has been successfully received and authorised. Processing times may vary during promotional periods, public holidays, or other peak trading periods.
6.3 Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Zaada is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6.4 Risk and responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
6.5 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase. Zaada is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
6.6 If an order is returned to Zaada because it was unclaimed, the delivery address was incorrect, or delivery could not be completed, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
6.7 If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.
